RoomRaccoon, a Netherlands-based supplier of cloud-based
resort administration software program, has acquired Lobbi PMS, a Belgium-based hospitality
software program supplier, for an undisclosed quantity.
RoomRaccoon mentioned the acquisition will add greater than 300
properties to its consumer base within the Benelux area.
The Lobbi workforce – together with founders David De Windt and
Philippe Mangé and CTO Geoffrey De Muer will stay on board.
