St Maarten’s high all-inclusive family-friendly resort has unveiled a brand new eating idea, Caribbean Journal has realized.
The Sonesta Mayo Seaside Resort, On line casino and Spa has formally debuted the brand new Cantina Paradiso, a Mexican-inspired eatery.
The restaurant, led by Chef Francisco Almonte, is a colourful, brilliant eatery in an al fresco, water-view setting.
Menus vary from traditional shareable bits like tortilla chips and ceviche to tacos, burritos and seafood.
There’s additionally dessert, together with peanut brownies, roasted pineapple and churros.
