Dawn Airways has formally launched into its Japanese Caribbean growth.
The newly-reinvigorated regional service started its new flights to Antigua, St Kitts and Dominica this weekend.
The brand new routes are a part of a broader push within the intra-regional market, operated on Embraer 120 twin-prop service.
The brand new flights assist fill the void left by the departure of longtime regional airline LIAT.
However Dawn Airways is just not alone. Increasingly more airways are beginning to get into the intra-regional market, together with Turk and Caicos’ InterCaribbean and, maybe most notably, each Frontier Airways and JetBlue, which have begun including routes across the area out of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
