American Airways is considerably ramping up its service to the British Virgin Islands for the vacation season, Caribbean Journal has realized. 

Starting Dec. 7, American will likely be rising its BVI flight schedule to 5 peak-day flights beginning Dec. 7. 

That’s a giant ramp-up of service to Tortola’s Beef Island Worldwide Airport. American’s Miami-Tortola flight is the one nonstop flight between the mainland United States and the British Virgin Islands. 

American will likely be working the flights on its Embraer 175 plane, which have been on the core of its technique to cater to smaller, harder-to-reach locations like Anguilla and Dominica. 

British Virgin Islands tourism has been lagging lots of its Caribbean rivals within the post-pandemic interval, and this could assist increase its efforts to get better.
