The highly-anticipated new St Regis Cap Cana residential resort is opening its doorways in 2025, Caribbean Journal has realized.
Marriott’s latest ultra-luxe Caribbean property is focusing on a primary or second quarter 2025 opening, a spokesperson for the property confirmed to Caribbean Journal.
It’s a big new addition to the tony Cap Cana enclave of Punta Cana, set in and across the celebrated Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Membership.
The property is ready on a 16-acre web site, with 800 linear toes of personal seashore entry.
The St Regis model is rising within the Caribbean proper now, with the recently-opened St Regis on the Kanai improvement within the Mexican Caribbean and one other St Regis resort focusing on a gap in Aruba earlier than the top of this 12 months.
