HotelREZ provides 74 member lodges

Worldwide: Resort illustration firm HotelREZ has added 74 worldwide properties within the first half of 2024, with reservations up per property by 23.9 per cent in comparison with January-Could 2023. 

Within the UK, HotelREZ has added new lodge companions in cities corresponding to London, Tub, and Edinburgh. 

Additions embody the Rathbone Resort in London, the 48-room Roseate Home London (a part of Roseate Lodges & Resorts), and the soon-to-open Resident Edinburgh – the sixth Resident Resort property to companion with HotelREZ. 

In Europe, new additions embody:

• otelREZ (Portugal)

• Lx SoHo Boutique Resort (Portugal)

• Dorint Lodges (Switzerland and Germany)

• First Lodges (Norway)

Enlargement in Canada and the USA contains the Vitality and LuxUrban lodge teams, which cater to enterprise and leisure travellers in main cities.

The signings come as lodge income elevated in April and Could, up 16.3 per cent in comparison with April-Could 2023. Between January and Could 2024, reservations obtained per property, up 23.9 per cent in comparison with January-Could 2023.
