again once more. The annual “Truffle Dinner” on the Baha Mar’s Cafe Boulud The Bahamas is making its return this October for the resort’s Bahamas Culinary and Arts Pageant.

The multi-course meal includes a menu by Chef Daniel Boulud and Government Chef Antoine Baillargeon.

It showcases chosen truffles from Italy’s Piemonte area, together with the Alba white truffle. 

The dishes re paired with wines from Gaja Vineyard by Giovanni Gaja, offered by Younger’s High quality Wine. 

It’s a culinary tour-de-force by way of one of many world’s most sought-after substances.
