For years, it was some of the beloved Caribbean occasions: Style of the Caribbean, the Caribbean Resort and Tourism Affiliation’s annual culinary showcase of high younger cooks from across the area.
And now it’s coming again.
“Style,” because the occasion usually recognized, will return this 12 months in November alongside the CHTA’s Caribbean Hospitality Trade Alternate Discussion board.
The occasion is a showcase and a pleasant competitors, pitting nationwide culinary groups from across the Caribbean towards one another for a flavorful, thrilling demonstration and interactive culinary competition.
It’s highlighted by the Style of the Caribbean Awards, which embody Caribbean Chef of the 12 months, Caribbean Junior Chef of the 12 months, Caribbean Bartender of the 12 months, and Caribbean Pastry Chef of the 12 months.
This 12 months’s Style of the Caribbean shall be held Nov. 18-20 on the Kovens Convention Middle in North Miami, Fla.
