St Kitts’ premier luxurious resort has reworked three of its villa-style models, Caribbean Journal has realized. 

The 124-room property has revamped its three-bedroom presidential villa together with a pair of one-bedroom bi-level villas with rooftop swimming pools. (These had beforehand been referred to as “penthouse suites.”

“Each element that went into the design of our new villas was rigorously chosen with our friends’ needs in thoughts,” stated George Vlachopoulos, Normal Supervisor of Park Hyatt St. Kitts, in an announcement shared with Caribbean Journal. “We’re happy to welcome return friends again with the refreshed expertise of a residential really feel, whereas introducing our resort to an entire new class of leisure vacationers.”

They’re among the most hanging villa-style models within the Caribbean.

The one-bedroom villas are huge: they’ve 2,300 sq. toes of area, rooftop swimming pools and outside showers. 

The three-bedroom villa has 5,280 sq. toes of inside area, together with a personal infinity pool and a lounge space that even comes with its personal pool desk. 

What about costs? 

The one-bedroom bi-level villas will run you about $3,246 per evening. 

For the three-bedroom presidential villa, charges are about $5,370 per evening. 

Villas are arguably the fastest-growing class within the Caribbean, with increasingly vacationers within the luxurious section demanding residential-style facilities and bigger area.
