Ocean Blu, one of many two eateries on the Ocean Membership, a 4 Seasons Resort on Paradise Island in The Bahamas, has gotten a brand new look and a brand new culinary program.

The open-air eatery set subsequent to the resort’s infinity pool has launched a brand new dinner menu and a brand new aesthetic.

That features designs by Boca Raton’s Joanna Kerr, who says the brand new look is impressed by the restaurant’s oceanside setting.

“We strived to create a design expertise that may seamlessly transition from day to nighttime,” notes Kerr. “Each side of the design was fastidiously curated and regarded to border, spotlight and have fun the extraordinary ocean view.”

However it’s not simply the look. Ocean Blu is now serving dinner, with what the resort calls “recent Caribbean eating” led by Bahamian Cooks Kyera Davis and Ingrid Johnson.

The menu contains dishes like grilled meats, seafood platters and ceviche.

“Ocean Blu gives a culinary treasure trove into Caribbean eating,” says Tarek Cheneir, Director of Meals and Beverage at The Ocean Membership. “Full of genuine flavours and seafood delights, friends and locals have gotten frequent patrons of Ocean Blu for the great expertise it gives.”
