The Mayfield Dinner Theatre has a line-up with one thing for everybody! The season opens with Musicians Gone Wild, this time with a give attention to Laurel Canyon. Creative Director, Van Wilmott, says “it’s all about that music, paying homage to the scene that began there – it was such a second in time. On this present, the performers aren’t actors, they’re all musicians telling the story.” Elvis followers will clamour for One Evening with the King, “which was a Covid-casualty, a play written throughout that point that needed to be cancelled,” says Wilmott. Grease will return, adopted by On Golden Pond, a poignant story certain to talk to grandparents, their grownup children, and grandkids.
